The Mind Training group is an ongoing Sunday morning practice space for cultivating steadiness, clarity, and presence by blending contemplative practice, nervous system regulation, and practical wisdom. It is designed to be accessible, grounded, and sustainable. The mind, like the soil, becomes more fertile when it is tended with patience and consistency.
Mind Training is designed to complement therapy, not replace it. Because this is a practice group rather than a clinical space, participants are expected to have their own therapeutic support—past or present—for processing personal material that may arise.
This group is free and open to anyone who wants to practice. Donations are welcome to support the continuation of the space, but no one is turned away for financial reasons. Click here to donate!
