Small Groups, Big Impact
One therapeutic relationship can be supportive. A circle of them can be transformative.
While access to mental health resources has expanded in recent decades, our networks of social support have weakened, leaving many people without the community they need to heal and grow. This loss fosters an unsustainable reliance on individual therapy alone, often isolating people in their struggles rather than offering the collective wisdom and resilience that come from shared experience.
To help rebuild these essential networks, we offer small, carefully curated support groups that provide a space for deep connection, meaningful conversation, and personal transformation.
Why Join a Small Group?
Curated for Compatibility – We handpick participants to ensure a supportive and enriching environment.
Small and Intimate – Groups are capped at six members to foster deeper connection and meaningful dialogue.
Affordable and Accessible – Fees are scaled based on group size, making this a cost-effective alternative or complement to individual therapy.
‘Standard’ Groups
We offer three general styles of groups, each then crafted around the people and dynamics that show up.
-
Develop cognitive and emotional resilience through mindfulness practices and structured reflection exercises. This group blends ancient wisdom with modern neuroscience, helping you train your mind to navigate stress, build clarity, and cultivate compassion. The topics and skills explored are universally applicable to all challenges, unlike the other two groups that have a more specific focus.
-
Grief is not just an emotion—it’s a force that shapes our lives. This group provides a structured, contemplative spaceto process loss, build resilience, and find meaning. Using guided discussions, mindfulness, and reflective writing, participants learn to hold their grief with compassion and transform it into a source of strength.
-
Like composting organic material into fertile soil, this group helps you break down difficult experiences and transform pain into creative purpose. Using narrative exercises and creative expression (including guided art-making), participants work through suffering in a way that fosters renewal, clarity, and new possibilities.
